Driver App

As well as working on their website and mobile UX, I also designed and worked with engineers to launch a driver-side delivery app to streamline meal deliveries and enhance the driver experience.

Challenges

Designing for a young business requires careful consideration of immediate needs versus features and elaborate design elements that can wait until the user base grows. This is particularly crucial for food delivery apps, where establishing external business operations—such as managing food chains and employees—takes priority over design enhancements.

As the business grew, I learned the importance of patience and developed solutions for design needs as they arose with real-time users. This experience has deepened my understanding of the essential design priorities for young businesses and how to effectively support them in balancing design recommendations with practical needs.
